You are responsible for activity under your account, compliance with applicable tax and privacy laws, and ensuring users within your firm receive appropriate role assignments.
Marketplace & preparers
Marketplace professionals must maintain accurate credentials and comply with verification requirements. Firms retain oversight of assignments and client relationships.
Availability
We strive for high availability. Scheduled maintenance and incident response procedures apply.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided to the extent permitted by law. Enterprise agreements may define alternate SLAs and liability terms.
